1. Platform Purpose

This platform provides Web3 payment link services that allow users to initiate blockchain transactions using their own wallets.

2. No Custody of Funds

We do not store, control, or access user funds. All transactions occur directly on the blockchain and remain under the full control of the user.

3. Fees

The platform charges a service fee as follows:

For transactions under $50: A fee of 1% of the transaction amount.
For transactions of $50 and above: A fee of 1% + $0.30 USD per transaction.

Fees are automatically applied and displayed before transaction confirmation when applicable.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before approval. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.

5. No Financial Advice

This platform does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to transaction errors, wallet misuse, network failures, or user mistakes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
